Simple ... The 340 sat between the fenders of some of the most iconic muscle cars, 68 to 71 barracudas, dart demon and dusters. Factory 6pack AAR cudas, T/A challengers, etc... The 360 didn't !

Amen...not to mention it can beat many BB Mopar's......in STOCK FORM.
