New borgeson fast ratio steering box

I thought that too, but the noise is so low that once you start driving, put the AC on (yes this car has AC and its so much nicer and colder than the new cars) and have the radio on you barely notice it. The old box (reman junk) didn't have it, but it wouldn't return from a right hand turn. I bet the box is just got to break in. Im a tech by trade and have seen some boxes do strange things, once they get some mileage under their belts they seem to be ok. it seems like as soon as you move the shaft the slightest amount from center and the spool valve opens to direct fluid, no more noise. Its a slight inconvenience which I will put up with if need be. Ive already lowered the pressure with the flow control valve from the slant 6 p/s pump. Honestly guys Ive driven new Challengers and this box feels way better than a rack. This is def for guys who want a track car feel. If your just a cruiser, I would get your core to a reputable rebuilder. If your not racing around and understand it was what it was, the old box was a comfy set up. I wanted something so my version of the green brick (pics to surface soon) would show Mr Yuppie what Mr angry thinks of 3 and 5 series. its no Viper ACR, but even with 15 inch rubber you are surprised. next step is 18 inch rubber in the 255 size at all 4 corners. I like the cop wheels, car looks hard as hell, but those 18 inch monsters in Black look sinister. Good times.
