Just starting on a restoration with my 14 year old son for his first car. Anyone know of a repro company that offers replacement front frame rails for 1972 Demon?
Thanks!

The front frame rails aren't currently reproduced. You'll need to find a set of originals from a parts car. There are a few members here that might be able to help.

If you find some on the East Coast, I will be going to Moparfest and get them across the Border as I tow my 70 Dart from Connecticut

try auto metal direct. my 72 demon needs that issue addressed also!

AMD doesn't make them. Not sure if they're planning on making them at some point, but they aren't currently available new from anyone.

Thanks, I will start my search.

Try Tony! Looks like he has some.

67-73 are all basically the same. When they went to shock mounted bumpers things changed for the bumper mounts. My '74 has provisions for both the early style bumpers and the late shock mounts (which is how I was able to just bolt on the '71 bumper). Shock mounted front bumpers started in '75, maybe some in late '74. But any 67-73 A body will work, and '74 should work. 75+ would require adding the mounting locations for the early bumper brackets.

I have a set of front rails from a 74 that are good for repair or collision sections PM me if interested

Are you looking for one or both?

There are a couple of members in the Detroit area that have parted cars.

I have a couple of rails, shipping to Canada is stupid expensive. Best to pick up in Detroit.
