68 Valiant 440 Auto project

-
Lets see I needed to get the Roadrunner out so I'm working in the gravel for the short term. I got the 8 3/4 narrowed and waiting on axels so I thought I'd put things together and make sure it fits. All is good when I swing the springs up to the frame.

They are stock to start with and I will most likely add caltracs or something later. A friend of mine that races a-bodies said the stock springs work well with them, we shall see.

It was nice out so I did some mock up today. Set it down on the K-frame and dropped the 440 in so I could see what needs relocated on the fire wall. Blower motor has to go everything else looks good. I need to call Vintage air and see where everything connects. Guess I'll be welding some holes up and cutting new ones.

Good looking Valiant, The color works with the lines of the car.

Finally getting the cut and buff thing going. Been a long summer trying to get the paint down.
