Mopar Day at Toronto Motorsports Park(Cayuga) on Sept.13/15. Hoping to see some members out running/showing their cars.I missed it Lastyear,but heard it was a very good turnout.See you there!:burnout:
 
Thanks for the heads up Scott. I want to get the cuda out again soon. I just changed the rear springs to heavier SS units, and am anxious to see if I cured my wheel hop issues. That and work on the drag radial learning curve.

I heard that last year, they allowed any make of car to run and overall it was a disappointment. Is it exclusive to Mopars? Andrew
 
Andrew, I think the classes are Mopar only, but time trials are open to anyone.
 
I just found out that this is the same weekend as Monster Mopar Weekend in Norwalk. I think MMW moved there event up a week this year. We are going to Norwalk if the weather looks half decent.

We wont be able to go to Cayuga and defend my Street win in the Dart and Dad's runner up in ET2 in the LRE from last year.
 
I'm heading out to see if I can get my slant into the 15's.
Should be fun.
 
Just called the track, and it has been cancelled due to the rain last night. No word on a new date yet.
 
Current weather forecast is 14 degrees and mainly sunny, so should be OK.
 
Dart Sport 360 staging for the winning pass in his class (Darcy, I have a video of the pass if you are interested).

Not an a-body but.....
his dad was running the most amazing truck and I could not resist posting a picture of it launching. Not the best pictures from my phone. Somehow I always managed to be at the wrong spot at the wrong time.

I also got a chance to meet qkcuda. Unfortunately he was having some problems and was packing things up by the time I got to the track.

It was great to meet some people for the forums.

Thanks for the pictures Dart50. It was a great day for us. Dad posted a personal best with the truck going 10.43 and I also improved the Darts best ET by a Hundredth going 12.67 in my bye run. The car got faster each pass while other guys were up and down.

Winning the class for the second year in a row was pretty cool.. and beating the guy that beat me in the finals two years ago was pretty cool too.

I would love to get that video Dart50, PM me maybe w can figure out a way. Thanks.

Congrats Darcy. Nice to meet you Dart 50.

This is the only shot I have from the weekend. I was having serious wheel hop issues and decided to quit before I broke something. At least I know I heated the tires up properly. Anybody want to buy some slightly used drag radials?
