Will these fit

Got some cop car wheels from wheel vintiques 15×7 with 4 inch backspacing. Supposedly these should fit on my 69 dart but when i mocked them up without rubber they looked like they will rub. I then mesured the backspacing to double check , and it comes out to 4.5 in. Backspacing. Am i measuring wrong or?
