Well FINALLY taking dads car to the track....only an 1/8 mile track.
.030 over 440
440 source rotating assembly stock stroke
10.5:1
CNC port stealth heads 440 source rockers
Victor intake with 850 Holley
Hughes cam, .600 lift at valve and 260*@.050
All Msd ignition 20* initial 38 all in by 2500

727 with 4800 ati converter
8 3/4 with 4.56 gears
Super stock springs
Mt pro 275 drag radial

65 dodge coronet...with theold motor, all iron 383 it weighed 3500 race ready, only change other than motor is a 16 gal fuel cell...

Im thinking for its first time out I'm thinking around a 7.30

Should be well in the 6s, if it hooks. Drag radials are MFr on anything but a good track.

Anything in the 6.90 region would be sweet and probably doable with more tuning, I think the combo has that in it with some sorting out, hopefully it hooks, south mountain ain't the best track lol

Was it spinning, that 60 ft time is weak. I would think that combo should run low 1.5 60 ft times.

Well guys best pass of the day was 7.35 @94 with a 1.66 60'.... So I decided to run the 7.50 heads up street class and wouldn't ya k ow it the old dodge came out on top!!!! Only won $160 but that trophy is gonna look awesome in the garage....also my first time ever running a pro tree and I cut a .024 light for the win!!!

Congrats!!!

I would rather use a pro tree then the stupid countdown lights.

Yea I really liked the pro tree, and the heads up index rather than bracket racing
