I have not tested. It came with a 69 GTS i just bought, it was in the trunk. I really don't want to mess with it since I don't know much about them. I'm on vacation now but can weight when I get back.

Do you know what it is out of originally?
 
May not have been out of "anything" so to speak. Just like present time, several outfits sold "hang on" "knee knocker" add on AC systems. The original owner of my old 70 V code RR had one installed. For some of the earlier cars this or a similar dealer installed system is what amounted to "factory" air.
 
Thanks and that makes sense. If someone is local to me and can use it please let me know. I have no use for it and would hate to toss something if it is of use to someone.
