Stumped - need help!

Are the numbers on the bars toward the back? Left and right sides mixed up? Sockets in the cross member rotating due to corrosion? Bars installed with the LCA all the way down? The same bars showed normal ride height before the rebuild?

...I don't recall if the LCAs were *completely* vertical when I re-installed them.
I was hoping to get away from removing the lower ball joint but, sounds like it may be inevitable. Oh well, chalk it up as a learning experience!
