Hellcats not impressed..
They tried to charge me 91k. I already have a srt8 I bought from them. It has 3700 miles on it. Perfect condition they offered me 31k for trade. I laughed and walked out.
I have an 06 Magnum SRT with 60k miles, they wanted me to trade it in, but I wasn't planning on it. They offered me 12K. Yea, Right.
Dealer markup on the Hellcat was $7500. OTD pricing was 80K.
With the black key, I thought my Magnum would smoke it. Serious. The red key run pulled harder, but it still wasn't what I was expecting.
I'll have 70K in my Dart, and it will carry the front wheels. :)
Don't get me wrong, the Hellcat "principle" is bad ***. But the whole "dealer added profit" is total bullshit, IMHO.
65-70K for that car? That's a winner. 80k-90K, not so much.
Come on, a 700 HP factory supercharged V8, with AC, cruise, and a warrantee?
Otherwise, it is a heavy pig.
I'll wait and see the Cuda looks like and try again.
I'm interested, just not sold.
