In general, I agree with you but there's quite a few getting into the hotrod realm. Most of the car shows I've been to thisbyear, it's the older generation, those in their 40s plus pulling in with the new body stuff. Us younger folks can't afford the new cars.
But yes, it drives me nuts as well. Especially when a 2012 corvette wins best of show....bone stock nothing done. These people don't have their hearts and souls tied into their cars like we classic guys do. It's one thing to take a car off the show room and it's another to take a car and make it represent you and your own personality.
