It sure was, know when I look out side I can feel positive and look forward in life :color:
When this is cleared and there mistake is reported to my bank I will be busy getting my handy cap shower put in and fix my drive way and allot of other things I want to get dun before
winter sets in, but you know Arkansas
we could go with out winter and just get hit for a few weeks in February :glasses7:

Fanny May called Friday and again this morning and her people are on this to repair there mistake on this, She called me personaly :color: and called my brother Friday, Well today at 11:05 am her lawyer called and said he wanted my wife and I to know they are repairing this and he got all my faxes Treva and I sent, He said he see's the problem and is working on it to send me and my bank a clearance/release and thanked me for the patients it has took to resolve this right away :cheers:
Nun of this was my brothers fault and they have been stressed over it aswell and felt very bad I had to go threw this, Like I said, It was nothing I did wrong and I was fit to be tied :banghead: This good news this morning as settled me down so much I passed out on the couch and don't know where 3 hours went :???: It's looking good so far folk's , Thank you all for your input and concern :color: it douse help to talk about things like this at times, Karl (KrazyKarl) I want to do that some times

I will be getting creative tomorrow with a few things here on the hill, mow a bit and trim my Japanese maple tree's and set back and look at my little cottage on the hill :glasses7:

I had to lawyer up #-o all talk and nothing getting dun Ben, My lawyer has took this over 4 weeks ago............................. I guess I have my health and .... and..... My friends................................... Rained all day again today........... I could not get motivated to do anything................... Buddy and I did enjoy a couple walks out in the rain to keep me moving........................ so sorry I have not been active here of late everyone ...........................................I called my Lawyer today and he is out of the country on his honey moon.......................My brother had 5 stint's put in and one was put in his Widow maker vein ....................................... he has been home for 5 days now and doing well, I took him and his wife out for breakfast Saturday morning................. Life goes on .................................... This has shut me down and I lost a year of good weather to complete my car and update my my home and do a walk in shower (wheel chair friendly).....................If this gets cleared up this week it will still be another 3 to 4 weeks to start all over on my home ................. I will keep everyone updated...
