Smoked a chuck roast, made some corn bread and a cake....
 
Was trying to get my dart put together, exited to start it up !TCI street fighter trans 340 lightly modded port matched strange 60 rear end 4.10 gears strange pro series disc brakes all the way around benn at it pretty hard for about a month and a half

Wish I had this kind of drive again....
 
The fact that my wife and little girl are into it and hounding me to take them to the drive in. Keeps me motivated

My smoker project is just sitting in the garage waiting for me to get to it. Had to put it outside last week to do some maintenance on the Explorer, got it back inside and haven't touched it since. Doesn't look good for the rest of this week either. Just hoping to get it done prior to the cold weather settling on so I can paint the damn thing...
 
Just got my new aluminum driveshaft today ! First ride!!!! Fu@# ing AWESOME!!! NOW I need to find a grill ,twilights, and headlights go for an actual cruise get break in on the tranny and rear end over with and see what it's got
 
I did a pork shoulder ham ( NOT butt ham) in the crock pot other day. all day long on low. add can of pop ( any kind), 1/4 tiny can of diced Chipotle peppers, and some brown sugar on top. just a little zip but oh so tender and good!!!!
 
Baked a cake on the Egg the other day.....Ernie mentioned it to the President of her Quilting Guild....ended up baking another one for her.

Ernie asked me to smoke a chuck roast for a friends 70th B-day party next week. Will be the first time I have for other folks....needless to say I am a bit nervous....
