Ha ha ha!!! When I was at Miramar in the early '70's there was a big "TV noose" story about some complaints their paint jobs didn't last. Earl got on TV, showed one of the shops explained "we can fix the worst of the dents" "spend a short time prepping the car" "Whaddaya want for XX dollars?" I don't remember, 40 bucks for the cheap job?
In the next few weeks there were cars lined up at the shops, waiting to get in!!!
