14 inch Small bolt pattern American Racing Turbine style wheels without caps. 6 inches wide and 3.5" backspacing. In good condition and should clean up nice with polishing. $200 plus shipping and PayPal preferred. Located in south Florida 33043.

I am out of town now. I am pretty sure it is dirt but don't remember for sure. I will be back Friday and check them and let you know.
