Here's the poop:
My car is a '65 Dart
Installing a set of Indy 360-1 heads (245 series), in lieu of my W's, with matching heddman man hustlers. I'm looking for a set of 2"X3.5" hedders that will fit these things.
Or do I modify the Hustlers somehow. The middle exhust appears to overlap the two inner exhaust ports (if you can believe the gasgets). Thanks.

Long time no see Lenny! Howz it goin?

Did you look at the Hedman site?
I'm not to sure but those heads are rectangle ports right?. Perhaps a walk on over to Shoe-Feild (sorry for the Fa-net-tic spelling LMAO! ) headers for a look at there flanges?

Hey Rf.................
Been lettin' life slide by..........
But I am back.
Don't really want to fab hedders. I'm getting lazy. And pipefitting's my trade. Go figure.
I've looked at all sites I can think of...............
Modifying the Hustlers look like the only viable option so far.

I ran into the same problem
called Indy, no surprise, no help
only for them to say
heads have the stock and w-2 BOLT pattern.

and a round port w-2 doesn't line up either

finally, after sonic checking and probing the ports..
see that a W-2 oval would fit best.

made the headers,
then bolted them to the head with a coat of silicone to make the pattern
then ported them to fit...

Well. Does Hedman make the 2'' round fenderwells any more. Can't find a part no., or should I just phone them. Seems a little tweaking will help them clear. Just add some metal and masauge..................
I really, really, really, don't want to start from scratch.
Hell, I don't even want to finish this lette....:violent1:

I feel for you man. I really wanted those heads, for my 68 Barracuda.
A previous boss searched high and low, for several weeks to find headers for those into an E-body. Every one said no. He finally purchased sets from several different manufacturers, and you guessed it they were all a no-go. The TTIs were impossible. Hookers no. I hate to say what I was able to make fit, with terrible port alignment, cuz I kinda forget. It mightabin Doug's. Since my boss spec'd those heads against my advisement, for this exact reason, I made him spend the hours to grind and weld and sorta make the ports fit. Hah! He didn't like me much for a while there. In the end she made 497 HP on a street cam. The worst part of this story is the guy for whom we built this will never open the secondaries, will only drive it to local shows(and probably take trophies), and would have been happy with 350HP. But my boss saw $$$ and spent it the way he would like too.
Great heads but Ima thinking you are in for a tough time in the header department.
Happy bending, welding, grinding, fitting. sleeping.....repeat.

thanks for the response, fellers.....................
If I can find the Hedman's I'll give that side a whirl. I want to snag another 50hp and lbs. torque to get in the nines without the nitrous. Those Indy's with a new grind otter do it...........

I see you picked up a half a second and 10 mph on NOS. How much did you spray it or what was the jets? I want to pick up 3 tenths in the 1/8 to run some 5.9x's. Ran a best of 6.21 so far on motor.

Can't remember the jet size. It was the 150 plate shot from NOS. It was a 4.5 second burst engaging at 6 secs. into the pass..................
The camshaft/engine, really responded.

I gained a full second ET and 10 mph with a 75 hp shot. I sprayed out of the hole and through the 1/4
