what is best to clean a new covertible top, and also seats

New top (black) on '64 Dart, but has dust/grit from body shop discoloring it. Doesn't wash off easily. Scrub with...(?)

Same with vinyl original seats in this '64 Dart... Armor All comes to mind but might leave a residue or sticky feel?

Top don't know. As far as the seats, I would try Magic Erasers.
 
Soft vegetable brush and goop hand
cleaner. The original no grit stuff.
Work soap in with brush.
Rinse with water.
