Jays

Blue Jays should be commended for the great year they are having. The front office made the best trades and free agent signings of any team this year. The offense has been unstoppable since the beginning of August, But there is a problem and its called Taylor Swift! She is going to be the bad luck for the Blue Jays. She played a concert in the Astro's stadium and they went on a big losing streak going 7-11 since, earlier this year she went to Washington and played a concert in their park and the following night the lights went out 3 times during the game which was finally called for darkness and they havent been a contender since. She also played a concert in the Padres stadium and they lost 18 of the next 29 games.
The CURSE of TAYLOR SWiFT!! And shes in your park this weekend.
I'm Yankee fan so Im hoping she can help!! Im hoping she will be able to stop that offense since nobody else has had an answer.
Best of luck to all in October!
Go Yankees!

I honestly cant remember any other team in pro sports that has done a turn around they have. Lots of the new acquisition under contract for a few years. Price being a free agent makes me nervous, but him winning the WS this year with the jays will make him think twice about leaving TO. If the Jays are able to re-sign him, there will be NO REGRETS with the contract terms, unlike the Yankmees and A-Roid...LOL

Obviously for me its awesome with them in the playoffs, but I love the fact the Cubs, Mets, Pirates are in it as well.
Guaranteed the Yankees aint winning it, their wins are in the past, yep maybe some in the future, but not this year.

Jays are 13-6 this year against them, those are the stats that count.
Yankees are a storied franchise, BUT they are NOT bigger than the game. If the Jays were around as long as them, they would have a much richer history and many more WS wins.
Here are the season stats against them

FYI Seattle came in the same year as the Jays...1977....no World Series, so I will take the 2 we got.

A*Roid
Clemons
Pettitte
Cervelli
Giambi
Mitre
etc.

too bad the list of roiders is longer than the list of world series championships since then.
:D

LOL, good point. We had Clemons for a few years. Great pitcher but a cheater...McGwire's the same...

Jays lost tonight 4-3...2 blown wins with the reserves on the field against Baltimore...not a choice I woulda done.

Lots of depth on this team, something we havent had for a while. Fun as fack to watch!
Go Jays Go!!
