Can someone recommend an overflow bottle for my 72 demon 340? I know it did not come with one but didn't know if any others would fit without looking too far out of place.

Thanks

I'm not convinced that damn thing is worth two cents. It doesn't seem to be "recovery," only overflow?? Which means you have to keep draining it

All you have to do is attach a hose inside to the inlet tube, that's what I did with mine, it works like a champ. Mine has a petcock on the bottom to drain it, now I don't have to use it.

But you're right, it is only a puke tank.

The fact that it can be easily "fixed" is a help. I did not know that. You could also use the bottom valve for the inlet, I guess.

I did think about that, and I may change it, just need a longer hose. It has a barbed fitting so a small clamp and I know it wouldn't pop off. Then just leave the petcock open.

That is exactly how it is connected, the hose from the radiator goes to the bottom and the hose from the top is the overflow. Works well, have not ever had any puke out onto the ground. I run the coolant level below the radiator neck about 1 inch (when cold).
