Who lives near Troy, MI?

I am being jerked around by those in Troy. I have to reapply, FOR THE THIRD TIME to this job. The third time not until the 19th of October, reason being that it has to be done internally for 10 business days. Dude just found out about the other posting today? It is one thing or another. The other times were because of problems with the posting itself. So screw it, if and when I should be offered, I will ask for what I had before. To hell with them.
