This is my first restore project - purchased last week:
1965 Barracuda
273 V8 2bbl
Auto
Console
Premium Buckets

you got a 66 trunk 'fish' emblem.....thats cool though, I went with that one too. Prepare to be dazzled by the knowledge in here.

PS> your headlight bezels look nice, but there should be flat black paint on the inside...hehehe! :)

Welcome,that's clean. There is a few rabid 65/66 guys here, suspect you will get a hello or two( or three,or four...).

Have any plans for your Barracuda? or just going to drive it.
 
First plans are mechanical fixes....steering wore out, brakes wore out, a lot of bondo around the rear wheel wells, interior pretty shot!
Just to name a few!

Very nice, let me know if you have any questions I can help with. I have taken mine apart and put it back together again several times.
 
Very nice car looks better than mine already but does it run better? They are always projects in motion and fun to do. Mine is a driver and I get in it drive it and make people turn there heads. I have put lots of money into making it go and saving to make it look better next round. Its my second project as I had a 66 prior before its sad death. I love to drive it and still some good time before the snow flies here in Chicago!

"A little bondo around the wheel wells". Sounds like mine... but it is/was a LOT...lol. I'm trucking in sections of two other cars to get the parts I need for mine...lol. Good luck with yours, mine grew on me.
