So I removed my intake manifold and one of the bolts captive washer was broken so I ordered a full set from Year One. I told them what I had and the size of the bolt including that it had a captive washer. This is what they sent me. Does anyone know where I could get a real replacement set?

I'm assuming a grade 8 bolt of the proper length & adding a flat washer would not be what you are looking for?

With the relatively low tension on the bolt, any correctly sized and finished grade 5 will work too.

Run up to the hardware store and buy one. Unless your going for a 100 point restoration it shouldn't matter much.

Be sure to put something on the threads to seal them up though!

Do you have the other piece of the washer, if so weld it together with a couple tacks on the hex head side and use it.

As for the washer, know that there SAE series washers that have a smaller OD for a given ID; those may work better in this application. I personally would go for hardened washers in this app.

When I ordered new stainless intake bolts for my car, they were slightly shorter than the original intake bolts. Not quite some dramatically different as what you have there. I went ahead and installed the new stainless bolts. Strangely, some went in easy and some not so much. The threads were also weak on one hole, so I put the one longer original bolt back in and it bit the threads better.
