73 Duster Door on 70 Duster?

It might be an exact match for the outside, but the inside door release mechanism is in a different place on a 73 vs 70. Also, the 73 interior door tops are plastic & the 70's are metal....

X2..... might be a exact match on the outside skin, but not the same inside.
