69 Barracuda Front Tire Clearance Question.

The S cars were Ss cuz they came standard with sales code A53.

Part of A53 was Rallye Suspension(code S13; for which I have no description).
A53 does not list a brake option.
The few A53 cars I have seen, and the couple I've had, had KH 4 piston calipers and discs, which would have been code B41/manual, or B51 with a booster.
The codes would have been indicated on the broadcast sheet.

Cudas were S cars with 4-speeds, simulated hood scoops, and different nameplates. Basically. They carried sales codes A56 for 340s, and A57 for 383s

I became 3rd owner of a low-mileage 69 Cuda, back in the late 70s. It had 10" drums all around, which matched the B-sheet.

That's what my car has. 10 inch drums all around. Of all the B and E body cars I've had, I've never owned a power front drum car like this. They've all been disc up front. I know this car has its original brake system on it.
