Well Guys, Magnummopar fixed me up. After talking to me over the phone, He told me what my problem was. I can't believe it was that simple. I've spent all kinds of money trying to fix this. I've replaced every sensor, fuel pump, wires, plugs, computer, and had it to two Dodge dealerships plus another mechanic and no one could fix it.
I was running the computer that came with the engine. It came from a 2000 Dodge Dakota RT. I couldn't get the miss out of it. After explaining to Magnummopar that I was running my 904 transmission, he said it was running in limp mode. It couldn't find the transmission. He told me to find a computer from a truck with a manual transmission and it would stop looking for the transmission. He knows his stuff. It fixed me right up.
