how do I change trunk lid hinges?

Previous owner cut hinges to put a fiberglass trunk lid on. I received a set of trunk lid hinges and need to replace them. How do I do this? its on a 74 charger but I see its the same as my 74 duster. I know about forbbodiesonly, but im on here more.
