I cannot imagine why he thinks this is so priceless, the fact that it's "one owner" or "was his Dads" Judging from the hubs, the wheels and probably lower body were "quick repainted" and I've no idea what the odd markings are on the upper left bed.

Original owner Power Wagon adventure package truck. No modifications all factory specification. My father drove this off the local Dodge lot 41 years ago. Great shape but needs some TCL in areas. Has been sitting and its time for it to find a new owner.
