Sherman is the only one I know of that just sells the well.
But keep in mind that replacing just the well means you'll have to butt weld the entire circumference of the spare tire well, whereas replacing the entire pan is just a bunch of spot welds. Replacing the whole pan would be easier, even if most of it is in good shape. Just something to consider.
