1971 Duster headrests and steering wheel

Looks like there were 2 different plain plastic steering wheels used in 1971. The first is a leftover from '70 that has the flat horn button with the large diameter satin aluminum ring on the face, the other is the common one you'll see in '72 and up A-bodies with the tall padded horn button. Can anyone confirm?
