They probably are. I bought a set of Pro-Comp Electronics rockers from JEGS that look like the same thing and were $229.00. They're still in the box. I haven't heard anything bad specifically about them but whenever you mention them everybody starts casting the Voodoo spells.
I wish somebody would go on on the record and say "they work perfect and now I can rev to 15,000 rpm" or "they are junk and I ruined my brand new motor, blew it to kingdom come".
If you ask, all you get are a few blowhards bitching about buying "Chinese crap" but nobody that has any direct knowledge.
