'Stage II'

In June 1963, Mopar changed to the Carter #3705S AFB which had
both 1 11/16" Primary and Secondary Throttle Openings.

Also, the Air-Horn was increased 3/4" in Diameter.

The #3705S was advertised at 750 CFM's, but Flow tested out at 710 CFM's.
