DIXIE HEMI SS/AH 68 Cuda was crashed the Weds. before INDY at Cicle County Dragway Md. while testing for INDY. Owner wishes to sell the body less engine, trans, conv, and race recorded , As he will race a Mopar Race Pac Dodge 2016 season.
Asking price is $15,000. Damage to vehicle ,has been reviewed by Ken Kerr Race Cars who built the car for first owner and feels it can be repaired with use of donor vehicle and additional parts.This pricing is for complete body less mentioned equipment, but can be adjusted with removal of other items. Cage ,except one front brace and interior undamaged. most but not total damage is front sub frame, K frame, sheet metal,glass and exterior parts. Good body man , parts ,and some time and you would have a very good race car with a lot less invested than if purchased or built a new car . New cage could cost as much as $35,000 not counting the other parts that are on the Cuda JACK ARNEW SUSPENSION and their body man have looked at the car and agree with Kerr that it can be repaired and race again in the class.
If not near completion of a N/SS 68 Dart for me ,I would rebuild the Cuda and race it myself
