I had the same problem with mine when I was broke, If you get the ceiling covered wit something like this http://www.homedepot.com/p/Reflectix-48-in-x-25-ft-Double-Reflective-Insulation-BP48025/100052556 Or even tyvex (the stuff they wrap around houses) it helps tremendously. Also a trick I did was use the cheap window barrier to wrap engines and stuff then use a blow dryer to shrink it makes it air tight. Hope it helps.
