What Brand Carburetor?????

Hi everyone I was wondering what brand 750cfm carb I should go with? Holley, Edelbrock, Demon, etc.... What brand should I go with and why? All replys, suggestions, and opinions appreciated thanks. This is for a 360 im trying to make at least 350hp:burnout:

I like and tune/modify Holley/Demon carbs for racers and street/strip guys all over w/excellent results and don`t mess w/vacuum units, only double pumpers. A buddy Ray on Moparts runnered up at Drag Week w/a 1050 Dommy I did and even got 16+ mpg`s and my stock stroke 360 w/stock heads, a Demon 850 and a good Pettis valve job went 11.80`s at L.A.C.R.`s altitude track and was my daily driver for years...........
