Need location of rear defogger switch for a 67 Barracuda

I've got the switch and rear defogger to install in my 1967 Barracuda notchback. It was a factory option. But I don't know where the switch was located. Will someone post a picture of the factory location of the switch? The location is probably the same for a 68 or 69. If you could furnish some dimensions from the center of switch to a reference point, that would be great. Thanks.

"Generally" they were located on the lower dash frame below the headlight switch.

I have some 69 docs that show otherwise. I am unable to scan them at the moment. I will try again Tomorrow.

Here is where the map lamp switch on my 69 is located. The rear defrost should be to the left of it typically. That is where I have seen them.
