Flywheel question

A while back I bought a whole collection of Mopar leftovers that a friend had been hoarding. In this collection I found a marine bellhousing, and the pictured flywheel. 143 tooth, no sign a clutch had ever been bolted up, and 1.3" hole drilled all the way through. Is that common for a 360 marine engine?

is it a smallblock bellhousing? marine drives use a bolt on drive plate-not a clutch-so it may have been used. the hole is to balance an externally balanced engine-a cast crank 340 or 360 or cast crank 400 or cast crank 440
 
Some marine installations didn't even drive off the normal "rear" of the engine
