Rear Brakes for footbrake.. Disc or Drums?

So tell me again how rear discs affect the ability to hold the car in one place?

Most people do burn outs with wet tires. At the starting line I try to foot brake stall as high a rpm as I can. Most I can do is 28-3000 at the line.
