As for whether you can make an effective, safe car light: maybe and maybe not. Anyone's welcome to click the previous-thread links I provided and judge for themselves what it means that you made not a single comment on the photometric and other safety performance issues involved. And by the way, up in post № 8 of this thread, you said you'd be having them made by "the company", whoever that is, but it doesn't sound like it's you.
