How is your car setup, fairly stock, or electric pump, trunk battery, etc?
If it's fairly stock, consider adding an electric fuel shutoff in the mix. Actually you don't even need a system to do that, just the valve and a means to control it (hidden switch.)
Whatever you do, if somebody shows up with a wrecker / roll back, the only thing that might save the day is some sort of cell based tracker / alarm.
