Canby Swap meet

Hey, for those of you in NW Oregon the Canby swap meet is this sunday 17th.. Just a friendly reminder. I will be there looking for a few parts.

Just Mopar or all makes? We are in Grants Pass. Pretty nasty weather for a meet but gortex is our friend when there are mopar parts for sale

All makes. Small meet. don't know about worth drive from grants pass but stalls are indoors. Last year there were a couple of pretty good mopar booths. My arms were full.

Last year a couple of the usual suspects - mopar parts for profit (people who buy up parts at swapmeets and Craigslist -and resale them to line there pockets with our hard earned money and keep our hobby financially out of reach for most.
I did see the guy who was selling a dual quad tunnel ram that I wanted from Craigslist. He wanted just a little too much for a used, it was at that point between buying it new or used. When it's so close to being able to buy it new you would like just a little bit better price if its used and he wouldn't come down and be reasonable with it as it has been on Craigslist for over 6 months and now here it was at the camby swapmeet still not selling! I was glad to see I did the right thing by buying a brand new one as his had been re-bead blasted even the machine part that matches up to the heads have been bead blasted. I prefer it to be machined for a good fit.
LOL - Of course I'll be there(Lord willing) - ya never know what you'll find ? ???

I went, I saw, I scored! Not one Mopar booth but I looked in a 5 gallon bucket and saw these sweet taillight housings for my barracuda. Mine are all rust spotty, these are going to clean up sweet. For $20 pair no less.

Nice! I missed those. I could have used some better ones for my 66.
$3 to get in changed to $1 @ 10 minutes after 8am.
It was definitely LAME !!
I think I've seen bigger garage sales.
I wouldn't be surprised if that was the last.
the only thing I had any interest in oddly enough was a bicycle. LOL

Yes, it was lame. I have to assume the hard rain kept vendors away. But i hope they keep it going, nothing else to do this time of year.
