Eagle head valvetrain same as early 5.7?

Need new heads for my '06 5.7 and have found some bare '09 Eagle heads. Will my '06 5.7 valvetrain (rockers/shafts) bolt in?

From what little I was able to find online it looks like it will, but I would be more comfortable with some added input.

Rocker arms and shafts will fit, will need new pushrods, new exhaust manifolds, new intake, new valve covers, and .070 compressed height head gaskets

Eagle valves are longer than early 5.7 as well.

I might try to talk the guy down in price then. He wants $600 for the pair, 58k miles, complete except for rockers and shafts which I can swap over from my early heads. They seem to be going for around $200-250 at salvage yards.

Yes, the combustion chamber on the eagle head is smaller than the early heads.

I'm doing the same thing for the better design of eagle heafs, but I am also doing block work. I plan on changing pistons. How do I calculate proper bore, stroke, and piston to support the CC and valve clearance? I'm wanting to stay around a compression range to allow boost to be added later.
