I loved the old X-files. Just saw the first of a 6 show run on Fox. It still looks good! I told my kid a story I heard from the son of General LeMay's personal pilot back in the 50's. I worked on his phone problem and his dad was in the next room in bed, laid up by a few strokes. He told me in a casual conversation that his dad heard LeMay tell him (his dad) Roswell was real and he saw it. There were survivors of the crash: 2 deceased, 5 survived and MP's shot 3 of them trying to run. 2 lived on.....Thats a wild story!

Do you believe....?

btw, I was reading on Mental Floss about an X-Files episode sort of being responsible for Breaking Bad- Vince Gilligan wrote an episode for season 6 (Drive) that featured Bryan Cranston in it. Gilligan was so impressed by Cranston that he eventually cast him as Walter White.

I downloaded the episode today because I'd never seen it...

and here's the car Cranston is driving in the episode:

The red head is still smokin hot.

I enjoyed the first show of this new series. I had to watch Lucifer after it just to see what it was about and I was pleasently surprised that I liked that also.

I'm a little irritated that I set it up to record because I need to gety up at 4:00 a.m. and the post game show cut into half of the new x-files pilot. Did a search and it looks like it isn't going to air again.

Last nights was a liitle soft on plot but added a little gore. My 8 year old boy watching it with me was thankfully making a head call when Mulder went into the back of the bar wirh the Indian guy....he was a little shaken when the mom cut into her womb with a kitchen knife. I guess it all ties in with the Alien DNA theme.
Oh yeah, the pedestrian she almost ran over in the gay district, was that the same guy that was generating the infra-sound, looking for his sister? I thought it was...but they didnt go anywhere with it?

I never got much out of it. David what's 'es name always looks to me like he's 3/4 asleep, whether "trying to act" or not.

In otherworldly, Yes I do. The old man was NASA/Air Force subcontractored late 50's to late 80's. Couldn't speak much,he didn't deny much...

The next episode they're going to NJ to investigate a faked DART with an alien in the trunk!
