yes but!!!!.........you still have to sit in front of the bank manager and convince him to loan you the money to buy that Road Runner......strangely, none of the bank managers were car guys and they were afraid that you ruined that Hemi RR within a year and have nothing or little to reposess...........maybe in some case they were right...........LOL
