My son just purchased a 1968 Dodge Dart 270 .it has a 318 2 bbl engine..our problem is that the car needs new brakes ..replaced front rotors and brake pads..need to replace rear drums but having problems locating them ..every parts house show a 9 " rear where as the ones we pulled off are 10"..went to classic industries and spent over an hour looking for replacement but to walk out empty handed..anyone out there run into this same problem??

No;front 10"stuff is completely different from rear 10s

But Any SBP(assumed),rear,10 inchers will fit, from mid 60S As, to 72/73 These came standard on 340up cars. If your local jobber does not know this, then either school him or find a another supplier.

I shuffled down to the local auto parts store and order brake shoes for a 73 Duster w/318, 10 inch drums without any issue. The shoes are all the same. Just know the width.

Welcome aboard!
