Oh, and before i forget, i am from B.C. originally, and i know what it's like to go through ICBC to get a lost or not in the system car registration.
It's a real PITA.
If the car comes up stolen, you are screwed.
Does the guy selling it to you have any paperwork?
If not, that's a big red flag right there..........
Just buy it and part it out to yourself and look for a better body.
That will remove a lot of headaches!
You can't save 'em all!
