I think the main problem with 2bbl other than being very restrictive is the ability to tune it. How about running a 360 2bbl and intake mopar guys would know it's not stock but brand X guy wouldn't have a clue. And extrude honing doesn't gain much I'd leave that for the end if you got spare cash laying around 360 manifolds look like 318 and flow a little more.
