Changed out my old line for new ones ,bled everything out , backs went great but the front
caliper banjo bolts leak , pulled it apart reset everything still leaked. Bought new washers
..... still leak , flex hoses are fairly new could it be the bolt itself? maybe the washers
I'm using are too thin. any ideas ?

Make sure the hose isn't bottoming out on the caliper before the washer seals. I read somewhere about new cheapo washers being too thin to seal properly, cant remember where or when though. Maybe grind a little off the caliper around the raised rim that holds the washer in place.

I was thinking the same thing. I'll try and find better washers.
thanks

Believe it or not, I have better luck using the old Washers. I use the old ones every time I can. Seems like when I use the new ones they leak!

Ok I did a no, no but its working so far. I doubled up on the bottom washer they had both been used before. I tightened it down firm and it leaked just a little so I torqued it down and it stopped. The test will be when I get home tomarrow and check.
