It's been almost a year since I was scammed like many on here by the now infamous Justin Figgatt (aka Ply30, aka Mike 440) through the help of another member on here there finally seems to be a chance of justice headed our way.
I was contacted today by sergeant from the Brunswick P.D. (Justin's home county) and an actual investigation has begun. Thy have followed all of these threads on him and are now fully aware of all of his wrong doings and from the conversation I had with him they seem to know him very well from previous similar incidents.
They need our help with information they can from his victims on here to make this a formidable case to put him away for a while.
The sergeant did not want me to post his personal info on here but if anyone wants to come forward they can send me their contact info and I can relay that to the PD or else I can relay his info through private message. He has promised to personally contact anyone wiling to help in this matters this is not a joke or just a waste of time like those online forms we filled out last year.
Folks it's not necessarily about the money he has stolen from us now, but how many more people will get mistreated and victimized in the way we have if a lesson is not learned by this crook now? He may have refunded a few people here and there thinking he has gotten away with it, but if he continues to keep "getting away with it" every time with no punishment, then who knows how many more innocent victims will fall prey to him. Not just this site, but he has expanded to other social media sites to take in as many people as he can. At least within our group we can warn other fellow members, but think of the other sites with people who know nothing of him and just like us, their money will soon be stolen. He may not have gotten as much from you as he did me or some of the other members on here, but all of that including the very small amounts add up to a very large sum collectively.
So if anyone wants to come forward now is the time. The sergeant asked me if I was prepared to go to court with this if I need to and I told him I will do whatever I have to.
I started this new thread so we can see who all is going to come forward on this and compile a list for the Brunswick Police Dept. as they asked me to do. Just pm me for more info if you are interested in pursuing this.

If Justin is reading this (and I'm sure he is).....to think, all of this over $160. I told you I didn't want to "have to get ugly if you would just refund my money" in my messages but you never replied and just ignored me...so unfortunately you brought all of this on yourself.
