So what do you end up with using that same crank in a 340 block? How do people get up to 416 and is that the biggest ci size that can be made using an LA SB?
I think the biggest that's been done often and run and proven. Is 440. Out of a R3 block. A 476CI build is mentioned in "How to hot rod small block mopars". I've heard of a few guys doing it. But haven't seen it yet myself. I think it's something that high end one off engine shops are doing to prove they can.
