How do I get the dust shields off the front disk brake car,never did this.

Look to see how they are fastened and try to undo that if possible, if not you will have to cut the fasteners and then get new ones if you want to put it back on later...

they are held on by bolts after the caliper and rotor are removed - K-H 4 piston brakes
